Using EMAGO

EMAGO is an online marketplace that connects buyers with local Ghanaian sellers and international suppliers. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your account details secure.

You may not use EMAGO for unlawful activity, counterfeit goods, or products restricted under Ghanaian law.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and include the seller's stated fees unless noted otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment or a cash-on-delivery booking is accepted.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, stock levels and delivery commitments.

Payments

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa and Mastercard through our licensed payment partners. EMAGO holds marketplace funds until the order is completed, then releases seller payouts less applicable commission.

Liability

EMAGO facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. Where an order is not delivered as described, our buyer protection process applies and disputes can be raised from your account.

Changes

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of EMAGO means you accept the current version.
