Verification

Sellers complete identity and business verification before listings go live. International suppliers provide company registration and export documentation.

Listings

Use your own clear photos or video, accurate titles, honest descriptions, correct prices and real stock levels. Every listing is reviewed by our team before approval.

Counterfeit, unsafe, expired and legally restricted goods are prohibited and lead to removal.

Fulfilment standards

Confirm and dispatch orders within the promised handling time, update the tracking status, and respond to buyer messages within 24 hours.

Commission and payouts

EMAGO deducts the agreed category commission from each completed order. Payouts are released to your Mobile Money or bank account after the buyer protection period closes.

Account standing

Repeated cancellations, late dispatch, poor ratings or policy breaches can result in reduced visibility, withheld payouts or account suspension.
