You can request deletion of your EMAGO account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You do not need to be signed in to make a request.

- Provide the email address or phone number associated with your EMAGO account.
- Clearly state that you want your EMAGO account deleted.
Never send us your password. EMAGO will never ask for it.
What will be deleted
- Your EMAGO account and profile information
- Personal contact information associated with your account
- Saved account preferences and other account-associated personal data, where applicable
What may be retained
Some information may need to be kept when required for:
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Fraud and security prevention
- Financial and accounting records
- Resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
Retained information is only kept for as long as necessary for the applicable legal or legitimate business requirement, and is then deleted.
