Delivery times

Accra and Tema: 24–48 hours after the order is confirmed. Other regions: 2–4 working days by bus or courier.

International supplier items may take longer; the expected window is shown on the product page before you pay.

Delivery fees

Fees are calculated by delivery zone and shown at checkout before payment. Some sellers offer free delivery on qualifying orders.

Tracking

Every order has a tracking timeline. Follow it from your account, or use the public order tracking page with your order number.

Failed deliveries

Please keep your phone reachable. If a delivery fails twice because we cannot reach you, the order may be returned to the seller and a re-delivery fee can apply.
